She will be taking on the management of our growing number of upgrades, system implementations and programming/customization projects to help ensure that you are kept informed as to the timing and progress of your projects and that our team resources are optimized to keep us on budget.
In her career to date, Mariam has held various positions in the IT sector including positions in customer service, business development and partner management, which, along with her MBA and PMP certification, and fluency in English, French and Arabic should provide a good foundation for assisting our Team in managing your projects.
